These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Fund Collective platform, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by Fund Collective Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (“Fund Collective”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. We reserve the right to modify tier structures, features, and pricing. Any changes to your active subscription will be communicated with at least 30 days’ notice.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing to a paid tier, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method again. If payment remains unsuccessful after reasonable attempts, your access to paid features may be suspended.
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service (including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, algorithms, and the readiness scoring methodology) are owned by Fund Collective or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of all materials you upload to the platform (pitch decks, business plans, financial models, etc.). By uploading materials, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process, analyse, and store those materials solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Fund Collective does not guarantee that using the Service will result in investment, funding, or any specific financial outcome. Our platform provides tools, assessments, preparation, and introductions designed to improve your capital readiness. However, investment decisions are made independently by investors, and we have no control over their decisions.
Readiness scores, assessments, and recommendations are based on our proprietary methodology and should be used as guidance, not as definitive evaluations of your business viability or investment potential.
